By accessing and using the services provided by The Orange Cat ("we", "our", "the Company") through the website theorangecat.dev ("the Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

The Orange Cat provides software development services, including but not limited to: web development, mobile applications, artificial intelligence solutions, blockchain applications, and data engineering services. Specific details of each service will be provided in separate agreements for individual projects.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use our services:
- In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, threatening, harassing, invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to third parties.
- To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- To attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running our services.

Payment details, including fees, schedules, and payment methods, will be specified in separate agreements for each project. Unless otherwise indicated, all fees are non-refundable and will be charged in the currency specified in the agreement.

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Orange Cat, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service.
