You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use our services:

To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, threatening, harassing, invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to third parties.
To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
To attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running our services.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, The Orange Cat retains all rights, title, and interest in our services, including all software, designs, techniques, methodologies, specifications, documentation, technical data, and all content created by us.

The transfer of intellectual property rights for specific projects will be detailed in separate agreements for each project.

5. Payments and Billing

Payment details, including fees, schedules, and payment methods, will be specified in separate agreements for each project. Unless otherwise indicated, all fees are non-refundable and will be charged in the currency specified in the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
Any content obtained from the Service.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Orange Cat, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
